7. Limitation of Liability
Latouche Hospitality is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the conditions in the signed contract.
We may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting with a revised “Effective Date.”
